Excellent quality for the price

We have 7 of these in our rack to mic an entire cast for our dramatic productions company. We have been very pleased with the sound quality and range with these units. The only negative I would give these are the lavalier clips. They are VERY weak and break easily. We are buying another 787 soon to fill up our rack and sound board and handle 32 live mics. You won\'t be disappointed.John Lepone (12 Jun 2018, 14:22)

G-787HL GTD Audio 4x800Ch UHF Diversity Wireless Microphone

I was referred to GTD Audio from a DJ friend of mine. I bought the G-787HL unit to use in my DJ business and I was impressed at the quality and performance of the product. They mic's are well built and I love the digital displays and battery life indicators. They have a lively response and I have never had them cut out on me. I use the body packs on Officiants doing wedding ceremonies and they have perform really well. The hand held mic's have great range and perform great for toasts. I've been so impressed with their performance that I bought a second unit and looking to buy a third. You will not find a better wireless microphone system for the price. I guess that, they're o.k. You get what you paid for I guess.

We have purchased a set of the two HH's, two packs w/ lavaliers as a set. The head-worn mics are horrible! The lapel mic is doable, as long as the lapel mic is placed center of the chest. The Hand-held mics are seems to be not compatible with (SPL) - Sound Pressure Level. HH's intends to crackle as the vocalist sings dynamically. I adjust the mics, packs and the receiver gains at -10db. It help some. I would say that, the hand-held mics would probably be more efficiently for using them for harmonizing, instead of using them as a lead vocal mics, not sure. I will try them for harmony vocals to see what the results are. If that doesn't work. Talk-back mic is the only thing that they're good for to communicate the stage monitors.Brian (19 Nov 2017, 11:58)

SPL

I recently installed the gtd audio g-787hl. I performed a soundcheck for the vocals by using the mics provided. The handhelds and the lavilliers seem not handle the SPL to well, whenever a speaker and or a vocalists singing dynamically into the microphone. The audio I receive from the microphones and the Lavilliers are very fuzzy and distorted. I adjusted both gains from the receiver and the microphones, and packs itself. Still poor sound quality...Brian (9 Sep 2017, 10:04)

These mics are great!

Bought these mics for my DJ rig. They are really good, they sound great, and work well. My two complaints about them are that they can eat through batteries and that they tend to not be able to handle very loud vocals. Outside of those things, they handle about 90% of the applications that I put them through. Austin Farley (8 May 2016, 11:52)
